LIFELONG LEARNING
We are witnessing that there is a large number of people who believe that after completing a certain level of education, they will never again need to learn or undergo further training for work.
However, we live in a time when the boundaries of knowledge are expanding every day, while existing knowledge becomes outdated more quickly than ever before. Such a mindset could lead to marginalization within social stratification. That is why the term lifelong learning is increasingly heard today, not only in the countries of the European Union, but also in our own country. Lifelong learning promotes continuous access to learning and education for the purpose of acquiring new knowledge and renewing previously acquired skills and competencies necessary for participation in work and competitiveness in the labor market.
Concept of Lifelong Learning
The European Union defined eight key competencies of the lifelong learning concept back in 2006.
Therefore, our team of distinguished university professors from Bosnia and Herzegovina, along with master’s and doctoral degree holders in the fields of economics, law, information technology, and healthcare, wishes to contribute to the continuous improvement of the competencies and knowledge of individuals, with the aim of enhancing both their personal competitiveness in the labor market and the competitiveness of the companies in which they work.

Training of Candidates for Accounting Professions
The Accounting and Auditing Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina has granted approval to University of Vitez to conduct preparatory classes and training for candidates seeking professional qualifications in the accounting profession.
